FAQ – Cassa's Pampas

Your dried floral arrangement can last for years upon years! Longevity can vary, keeping them away from direct sunlight, humidity, and drafts will help preserve their colour and shape perfectly for as long as possible.

Keep your arrangement out of direct sunlight and away from steamy or humid areas. Every few weeks, give it a gentle dust using a soft brush, a hair dryer on the coolest setting. Avoid handling the blooms too much to prevent shedding.

Absolutely! We love creating bespoke pieces. Simply get in touch with your colour palette, preferred flowers, or any inspiration images and we’ll work with you to bring your vision to life. Custom orders are subject to availability.

If you would like to purchase something already available on my website but would prefer different colour scheme, feel free to contact me prior to purchasing and I will confirm whether this can be done.

Yes this is something I offer within Edinburgh and surrounding areas, I feel there is something special about hand delivering a gift for someone when possible.

Currently we ship Europe wide. International shipping may be available on request — please contact us before placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

This can vary, typically I use Royal Mail and DHL. Shipping and trackings numbers will be provided so you can keep track of your order.

Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Express options may be available at checkout. Please note that during peak seasons, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Please note: Each item has a specific turnaround time detailed in the description of each item, delivery time is an edition to this.

I take great care in packaging every order securely, but in the rare occasion an arrangement arrives damaged, please take photos straight away and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

As each piece is handmade and made to order, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. I genuinely want you to love your purchase and will always do my best to resolve any concerns. If your order arrives damaged or you’ve received the incorrect item, a replacement will be arranged as quickly as possible.
